Burnt Bridge Creek to the Lake and Back / 12-14 Pace / 712' / 30mi / RL Becky S / 5:30PM

: 30mi

Pace: 12-14 mph
Terrain: Moderate
Elevation: 712 feet
Ride Type: Group
Cancelation Guidelines: Heavy Rain / Temps < 40F / Lightening / Wind > 25 mph

Pace 12-14 mph on the flats, slower on the hills.

A little after work ride down the BBC trail to Fruit Valley, and then out to Vancouver Lake and Frenchman's Bar. We'll head back thru downtown, climb McLoughlin, and then coast down the hill to 18th, which we will ride to Divine and hop back on the trail.

The weather forecast shows sun (crossing my fingers,) so bring your sunglasses, and a snack and we'll spend a few minutes admiring the river down at Frenchman's Bar, before we head back to town.

Please arrive a few minutes early to do your ABC check, and be ready to roll at 5:30pm.

I try my best to keep us at the pace posted, but sometimes with a tailwind, or when going downhill, my pace will pick up a bit.

The opposite goes for hills and a headwind, both can slow me down.

Faster and slower rides are welcome to join, but please download the route so you know the way if we get separated.

Registration is required and almost always free to both members and non-members. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to register for this event.
