New Year, new law! Stop as Yield Law effective 1/1/2020 in Oregon.

Portland is celebrating and we’re joining the advocacy group Street Trust for a ride they call Ain’t No Stopping Us Now!

We join them at Nossa Familia SE 3rd & Clay for free coffee (if you bring your mug) and a celebration ride.

To get there, we will ride our bikes and take the train

Bike to EXPO.

Buy a ticket before boarding or use your HOP Fastpass.

Ride MAX (with our bikes, no trikes allowed – sorry!) to PDX City Hall 5th and Jefferson MAX station.

From there we ride Madison with the new bike/bus only lane over the Hawthorne Bridge to the coffee shop.
We mingle, ride with the group to Hopworks on Williams and then you can
A) ride home, about 7 miles to our ride start or
B) take MAX, about 5 miles: 1 mile to MAX at Prescott, 3.6 miles from EXPO MAX to 5th St
