The Vancouver Bicycle Club does many fun events throughout the year - and the annual Picnic is always a highlight! The Picnic is at Frenchman's Bar, Riverview Picnic Shelter. A delicious array of food will be served around 12:30pm. Join us on a ride BEFORE the Picnic! We ride a mix of paved paths, city streets, back roads and low traffic neighborhood areas to explore a loop that cruises along several parks, stopping midway at Luke Jensen Park for restrooms and water. Other optional park stops include Burnt Bridge Creek Trailhead and Fruit Valley Community Park. Is there a hill? You betcha. Hazel Dell from the bottom! We re-group on this ride and will wait at the first safe and shady spot after the climbs.
