It is with great sadness that I am sending this message to let you know that Bob Verrinder, our friend and fellow VBC member, passed away last night. Bob was surrounded by his devoted wife Jan and several close friends at the time of his passing.
Bob was a member of the VBC for over 20 years and was an active ride leader prior to a serious bicycle accident he had a number of years ago. He and his wife Jan were recognized by the Club for their leadership and for their countless volunteer efforts and received the Outstanding Service Award in 2014.
They helped make the VBC the vital organization it is today.
