SB 5880 Update - help!

Buddies,
This bill --which would increase toxicology labs and reduce backlogged blood test results-- MADE IT through the  House Community Safety Committee.  It now sits in the Rules Committee. 

We need to step up again.  Please copy/paste the email addresses of these members into a new email requesting that they "use a Floor Pull for SB 5880" to review and pass the bill out to the House.  (Odd wording, I know.)
Thanks to you who wrote to the HCSC.  I'm sure it helped.

Subject:  Please pass SB 5880
Dear Representative Jinkins and Members of the House Rules Committee:

As you know--
Our tox lab is backlogged - 22 months is now the average processing time - and almost worthless for law enforcement because the statute of limitations expires before lab results are returned.

Meanwhile drivers suspected of DUI continue to drive, and all of us are endangered.  I lost my father-in-law to a drunk driver and in another crash, a friend was so critically injured that his life will never be the same.  We have a problem, and we need you to address it.

As you also know--
SB 5880 had unanimous support in the Senate and also in the House Community Safety Committee.
Please do not let it die in your Rules Committee.  Please address this problem and use a floor pull to review and pass this bill out.
