DETAILS
Ride as a group down Ellsworth and over to SE 95th for high intensity interval training (HIIT). Select to climb .2 mile or .4 mile sections in a low traffic neighborhood. Complete as many HIIT sessions as possible – usually 6-8 – and wait at the top of the hill for a regroup ride back to the start location. You can bring a HRM but it isn’t necessary. When you do them right, your breathing will tell you when are doing each hill climb correctly.

NOTES
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to be a part of the announcements and safety briefing.
- Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions.
- Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain.
- Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended.
