About this event

A fun ride, that avoids "almost all" hills and you can eat a donut!

Pace: 15ish mph - Faster or slower riders are welcome - but you'll be on your own for support.
Terrain: Moderate
Elevation: 603 feet
Ride Type: Non-Group
Cancelation Guidelines: Rain / Temps < 40F / Lightening / Wind > 25 mph

DETAILS

We will start at the Safeway at 63rd and Andresen and head north. We will take on some familiar roads, including The Ditch (and some neighborhood meandering).

137th (south) will take us closer to east Vancouver. Our rest break is about 24.5 miles in for Angel's Donuts on 1st St.

The return home will be some familiar roads and some "new" ones as we make our way back to Safeway.

ps: Steve Baltazar made a big impact in the VBC. And he shared his love of donuts with all of us. He moved to Arizona a few years ago...but this ride shows Steve is still with us in our affinity to donuts!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to be a part of the announcements and safety briefing.
Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions.

Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended.
