I'm a fan of Bike Tires Direct. They have a large variety of clothing, and many items are discounted off MSRP. If not, you can use our VBC members only discount code of 26 VBC to get 15% off most (not bikes, select items with restricted pricing by the manufacturer etc) items.

Did u try REI ???

Did u try REI ???

Normally, BikeTiresDirect would be the perfect place.  The warehouse/store is in Portland so you could try on clothes and save sales tax at the same time.

However, the Portland warehouse is closing in March, so not all clothing is physically present in Portland.

You should call to see what is available for try on.

Hi All

I'm looking to buy bike pants/bib, shirts and maybe some new gear. Anyone have suggestion of stores that have good selection of clothes? I've already been to a few shops in Vancouver, a couple in N.Portland and in Camus but none had much clothing. I can order on-line and have in the past but being short and big, I waste a lot of time and some money on returns. So I'm hoping there's someplace where I can see the clothes before buying.

Thanks

Peter
