We know that the problems being experienced by our website are making it difficult or impossible to register for group rides. Please don't let that stop you from riding!
Here are some guidelines for participating in group rides if our website is being flaky and you're having trouble registering:
• If you know a ride is happening and you want to participate, you can show up for the ride even if you're not able to register via our website.
• If you're planning to attend a ride and can't register, you need to show up on-time since the ride leader won't know to wait for you!
• If you participate in a ride without being able to register, we assume that your presence means you agree to our standard liability waiver. Please contact me if you need a copy of that waiver.
We also have two suggestions for our Ride Leaders:
1. Ask riders who haven't been able to register to text emergency contact details to you before the ride departs.
2. Don't depart early, since you won't necessarily know who is planning to ride if the website is being flaky.
Hopefully, ClubExpress will have the website fixed in the near future! In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.
