It's gonna be hot on Friday, July 30. But...I still want to get a ride in! The ride departs the Central Vancouver Campus of New Heights Church...and makes its way north - eventually to "The Ditch". We head south and wind around some "unique" areas - before heading to a rest stop at mile 24.7 (ice and restrooms) After that...we will eventually head west to return. Of course...it's a very low hills ride. *A note on pace: I will try to not exceed 17 (except on The Ditch and down hills). However, my average pace is still going to be between 14-15 as this will be my longest ride in a while. I will do my best to keep the group together. Faster or slower rides are welcome, but they are on their own for cues and the rest stop. Cue sheet here.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to be a part of the announcements and safety briefing. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policyand be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Please make sure to print a ride cue sheet or download to your device. Maps are not provided. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Riders should be able to maintain the stated pace. Please communicate with the leader if you decide to go off route or not return to the start.
