It’s time to explore another route in the Hills of Washougal. This week we will climb Gibson to get us out of Washougal. From there we climb the short lovely shady grade to the top of Salmon Falls. After a stop at the Mercantile we will climb Skye (~ 2 miles/ 7% & 8%). After running the ridge at the top, we descend Hughes partway down. Turn left on Borin…lots of rollers until we finally get back to the river. From there we climb Vernon up and over, all downhill back into Washougal. This is a social, regroup ride! No rider left behind. Just make sure you have the fitness and gears to climb steep hills. Climb at your own pace. Please do a bike safety check before riding.
