Start in Vancouver, across from the OLD Library...and head to Sauvie Island! It's a beautiful ride - accessing lots of backroads. Straight from the Ride Leader Mary: "Unfortunately there is no cue sheet on the web site. I’ll have a few maps at the beginning or maybe I’ll get ambitious to make a ridewithgps for the route and then will share it on the Buddies. Don’t hold your breath on that though. Luckily there are several riders coming who know the route so should be ok. We will stop for a snack somewhere on the Island, it might be a fruit stand." Your fun fact per Wikipedia: Sauvie Island, in Oregon, originally Wapato Island or Wappatoo Island, is the largest island along the Columbia River, at 26,000 acres, and one of the largest river islands in the United States.
