NEW TIME: 9AM Same strength-training strategy: Hill reps! If you ever want to cry or maybe even do a little cussing when you're riding, this might be the ride for you.
Cry, cuss, CHEER! Gimme 5! We are part of Maria Schur's Hill Killerz as reported in a recent BikePortland.org article. I signed up for the challenge, Maria assigned me a hill to kill, and now I'm inviting you to join me.
It’s a short route with a high ratio of climbing nothing really steep for very long; it's REPS, so it’s a short hill in 2 sections: climb, flat, climb. Descend. Repeat. 5 times or whatever moves you.
This is a non-group ride because YOU might be done SOONER than I am, so please PRINT/DOWNLOAD THE ROUTE from THIS LINK: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/35539343 If you want to hang around and watch me suffer, that's good too!
