Yes, it's almost winter.  What better time to take out our bikes and ride?  Carpe diem, right?

Learn some friendly streets starting with 20th St, the first protected bike lane in Vancouver.  It's a street we use for the 34-mile RACC.
We then turn southbound on 192nd Ave, a busy street, but with a good bike lane and this IS Road Cycling 101 ya know!
Next it's into the neighborhoods south of 34th St for some relaxing riding and part of John's Tuesday ride.
At about mile 5.4, Village Loop and Fernwood, there's an easy way to continue straight for a total of 5.7 miles while the rest of us continue west for a little loop and the secret path that brings us back to 160th Ave and New Seasons.  Tea time!

Wear layers.  Check your bike.  PUMP THOSE TIRES!

Wheels rolling at 1pm so arrive 15 minutes early to meet everybody, sign in, get the $5 safety speech.

This route will give you an idea of the approximate route.
