A note from Carolyn, the Ride Lader: Looking for a ride on Wednesday? Let’s beat the heat. Carolyn’s Mystery Ride Where: Meet at New Seasons ( 2100 SE 164th) Time: Wheels Roll 9:00 am Pace: 16-18 on the flats Type: Social/ Regroup - have the gearing and fitness to ride a few hills. Course: Who Knows? Plan to be out for ~3 hours. We may do the East Fondo, or maybe we will head out to the hills of Washougal...maybe we will ride to the Mercantile...I will see what the group wants to do...until then it’s a mystery. Show up and see what happens! It will be fun...they said! Seriously, hope to see you.
Notes:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign up and be a part of the announcements and safety briefing. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policyand be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Please make sure to print a ride cue sheet, if you need one. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Riders should be able to maintain the stated pace. Please communicate with the leader if you decide to go off route or not return to the start.
