I belong to both VBC and PV (Portland Velo). As PV also has a lot of snowbirds who move to Tucson for the winter, PV helped them create a Tuscon Velo Club<https://www.tusvelo.com/> last year- they post and host several rides per week. I'm not sure if you want to pass this along to your Tuscon-bound members.
